Furnished and Equipped
All of our properties at Phillip Island Holiday Rentals are furnished and equipped for your convenience. Kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Laundries have washing machines and most have dryers, if not a washing line, iron and ironing boards.
All houses have digital TV, with most having DVD player and either a CD player or ipod dock (see individual property listings for details). Some houses have a range of DVDs, books and games provided.
Basic Starter Supplies
Some basic items are provided for your convenience to get you started including detergents, dish-cloths, toilet paper and soaps. These items are to get you through the first night, until you can purchase what you need at a nearby supermarket, they are not intended to supply you for the duration of your holiday.
No matter which holiday house you choose, a general store or supermarket is never far away:
Linen is included in all properties.
Linen packs are provided per bed. These packs include sheets, pillowcases and bath towels that have been professionally laundered with the highest of standards. Doonas and pillows are also provided for each bed.
In some properties there is the option of using a sofabed or trundle etc. Linen is not provided for these extra beds - check the relevant property page for details, where linen is not supplied this is clearly stated.
Kitchen and Bathroom packs are provided and contain tea towels and bath mat.

During your stay if you need assistance please contact our office on 03 5951 4498 . Office hours are:
08:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Friday
08:00 am to 8:00 pm Saturday - Sunday
An after-hours emergency only number will be provided to you during your stay.
Currently Internet access is not provided in most of the houses. We recommend you use Wi-Fi through your phone or you purchase a USB device to cover your Internet needs whilst on holidays. If internet is provided it will clearly state it in the property details page.
